<div></div><div><div><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><br>

</div><p></p><div><p><b>1. Production Department:</b></p><div></div>
<ul><li>Assist in monitoring and operating various plant equipment involved in various recycling process.</li><div></div><li>
Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safe and efficient production.</li><div></div><li>
Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) and report any deviations.</li><div></div><li>
Support the production team in achieving daily targets and minimizing process downtime.</li><div></div><li>
Participate in production planning and material tracking activities.</li></ul><div></div>
<p><b>2. Quality Department:</b></p><div></div>
<ul><li>Learn to perform in-process quality checks and raw material inspections as per defined quality plans.</li><div></div><li>
Assist in collecting samples and coordinating with the lab for testing of final products (e.g., lead alloys, PVC compounds).</li><div></div><li>
Support documentation control for quality records, test certificates, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).</li><div></div><li>
Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and contribute to corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li><div></div><li>
Help ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications.</li></ul><div></div>
<p><b>3. Maintenance Department:</b></p><div></div>
<ul><li>Assist in performing preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance of mechanical systems like pumps, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.</li><div></div><li>
Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting breakdowns and executing repairs to minimize plant downtime.</li><div></div><li>
Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings (P&amp;IDs, mechanical layouts).</li><div></div><li>
Help maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and spare part consumption records in the system.</li></ul><br>

<div><div><p><b>Qualification</b></p><br>

</div><div><ul><li>A full-time Diploma in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institute.</li><div></div><li>
Strong fundamental knowledge of core engineering principles.</li><div></div><li>
Basic understanding of plant operations, maintenance concepts, and quality control systems.</li><div></div><li>
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.</li></ul><div></div>
