Production / Quality / Maintenance


Key Responsibilities


1. Production Department:

  • Assist in monitoring and operating various plant equipment involved in various recycling process.
  • Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safe and efficient production.
  • Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) and report any deviations.
  • Support the production team in achieving daily targets and minimizing process downtime.
  • Participate in production planning and material tracking activities.

2. Quality Department:

  • Learn to perform in-process quality checks and raw material inspections as per defined quality plans.
  • Assist in collecting samples and coordinating with the lab for testing of final products (e.g., lead alloys, PVC compounds).
  • Support documentation control for quality records, test certificates, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and contribute to corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Help ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications.

3. Maintenance Department:

  • Assist in performing preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance of mechanical systems like pumps, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting breakdowns and executing repairs to minimize plant downtime.
  • Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings (P&IDs, mechanical layouts).
  • Help maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and spare part consumption records in the system.


Qualification


  • :

  • A full-time Diploma in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of core engineering principles.
  • Basic understanding of plant operations, maintenance concepts, and quality control systems.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
