To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.</li><li>Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, payments, and deliveries.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.</li><li>Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.</li><li>Assist in improving customer support processes and service quality.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or call center will be a plus.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is desirable.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.</li><li>Fluency in English and Urdu (spoken and written).</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Growth opportunities within the company.</li><li>Friendly and professional work environment.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates are encouraged to apply through Indeed by submitting their updated resume.
