Job Description:

Zarlay is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Girl for outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, promoting products, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the outlet
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable clothing options
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Stay updated on new collections and ongoing promotions

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of retail/outlet sales experience (preferably in clothing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and customer-focused personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
