We&rsquo;re GravyWork, a fast-growing staffing tech company transforming how hospitality teams hire. We&rsquo;re looking for a technical integrator to build and implement key HubSpot integrations that will help scale our operations.Scope of Work<ul><li>QBO &rarr; HubSpot Integration: Ingest QBO invoice line items and payment dates to compute commissionable revenue for the first 180 days (cash basis; exclude discounts, credits, taxes, fees, and onboarding) using Ops Hub custom code.</li><li>Nooks Disposition Mapping: Normalize call dispositions (Dial, Live Conversation, Voicemail, Bad Number, Meeting Set) to HubSpot.</li><li>Outfield Integration: Configure HubSpot to maintain activity-only records with dedupe/match rules.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong experience with HubSpot APIs and Ops Hub custom code</li><li>Familiarity with QBO API, webhooks, Node.js/Python</li><li>Experience with middleware tools such as Make or Zapier</li><li>Ability to provide logging, automated tests, and clear documentation</li></ul>Timeline<ul><li>Proof of concept delivered within 2 weeks</li><li>Full production implementation within 5 weeks</li></ul>Outreach BlurbWe&rsquo;re pairing a HubSpot consultant (Onkar) with a technical integrator for a focused Oct&ndash;Nov build. You&rsquo;ll own QBO&rarr;HubSpot commission logic (cash basis, 180-day window), Nooks disposition mapping, and an activity-only Outfield pattern using Ops Hub custom code or lightweight middleware.
