HubSpot Technical Integrator (Contract) — QBO & Nooks

We’re GravyWork, a fast-growing staffing tech company transforming how hospitality teams hire. We’re looking for a technical integrator to build and implement key HubSpot integrations that will help scale our operations.

Scope of Work

• QBO → HubSpot Integration: Ingest QBO invoice line items and payment dates to compute commissionable revenue for the first 180 days (cash basis; exclude discounts, credits, taxes, fees, and onboarding) using Ops Hub custom code.
• Nooks Disposition Mapping: Normalize call dispositions (Dial, Live Conversation, Voicemail, Bad Number, Meeting Set) to HubSpot.
• Outfield Integration: Configure HubSpot to maintain activity-only records with dedupe/match rules.

Requirements

• Strong experience with HubSpot APIs and Ops Hub custom code
• Familiarity with QBO API, webhooks, Node.js/Python
• Experience with middleware tools such as Make or Zapier
• Ability to provide logging, automated tests, and clear documentation

Timeline

• Proof of concept delivered within 2 weeks
• Full production implementation within 5 weeks

Outreach Blurb

We’re pairing a HubSpot consultant (Onkar) with a technical integrator for a focused Oct–Nov build. You’ll own QBO→HubSpot commission logic (cash basis, 180-day window), Nooks disposition mapping, and an activity-only Outfield pattern using Ops Hub custom code or lightweight middleware.
