Purpose<ul><li>Manage all aspects of Supplier's &ndash; creation in ERP System, negotiate pricing, manage deliveries &amp; shortages, NCR&rsquo;s.</li><li>Provide delivery requirements to suppliers and manage Supplier's delivery performance.</li><li>Implement action plans for performance improvement</li></ul>Missions<ul><li>Negotiate pricing, contracts</li><li>Express &amp; follow delivery requirements to Suppliers using the dedicated tools</li><li>Monitor Supplier's performances</li><li>Participate/lead Supplier's performances improvement</li></ul>Tasks<ul><li>Prepare and launch of Request for Quotation with suppliers</li><li>Place Purchase Orders with Supplier and enter into ERP system</li><li>Manage supplier negotiations, agreements, performance</li><li>Manage costs to budgets</li><li>Analyze Suppliers confirmations vs. needs and evaluate the risk/impact anticipation on production/projects</li><li>Identify priorities associated with risk/impact anticipation and set up recovery actions</li><li>Organize and maintain regular reviews with Suppliers in order to check the status of deliveries and their delivery performances</li><li>Anticipate supply problems, risky supplier and manage associated mitigation plan</li><li>Maintain delivery dates in ERP system</li><li>Track missing parts until stock availability</li><li>Manage initial issues before escalating</li><li>Ensure on-time delivery and quality are secured especially during the ramp-up phase of the project</li><li>Ensure non-conformities replacement through NCR process</li><li>Resolve receipts and invoice issues</li></ul>General Scope<ul><li>Respect EHS, Ethics, and Safety policies</li><li>Ensure effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders in problem solving</li><li>Apply the GMI Procurement process and provide return on experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
