We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable and organized Reciptionest/ Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and help keep our shop running smoothly.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage service calendars</li><li>Greet customers and assist with check-in/check-out processes</li><li>Maintain customer records and service documentation</li><li>Process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks</li><li>Support technicians and management with administrative needs</li><li>Handle emails and general office correspondence</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous administrative or office experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic understanding of automotive services is a plus (not required)</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Friendly and supportive work environment</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
