Position: People Operations Specialist ( Male Only) Department: HR &amp; Admin Location: Multan - On-site Shift: 7:00 PM &ndash; 4:00 AMPosition Overview:The People Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting core Human Resource functions, managing administrative operations, and serving as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls on the company&rsquo;s Direct Line. This role requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional capable of maintaining smooth internal coordination and ensuring a positive experience for employees and external stakeholders alike.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources ( 70%)<ul><li>Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires , back reference checks, and offboarding</li><li>Maintain and update employee records in the HR system (e.g., Zoho People).</li><li>Assist in performance management activities, employee evaluations, and appraisal tracking.</li><li>Facilitate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR communications.</li><li>Handle employee queries regarding attendance, leaves, policies, and benefits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal procedures.</li></ul>Administration (20%)<ul><li>Oversee daily office operations including maintenance, supplies, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Manage documentation, filing, and correspondence related to administrative matters.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and internal functions.</li><li>Support travel, accommodation, and facility management tasks when required.</li><li>Monitor office assets, inventory, and service contracts.</li></ul>Customer Communication (10%)<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls on the company&rsquo;s main line.</li><li>Professionally handle inquiries, route calls to the appropriate departments, and ensure timely follow-up.</li><li>Maintain a log of all customer interactions and share relevant information with respective teams.</li><li>Provide courteous and efficient communication to enhance customer experience.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;4 years of experience in HR &amp; Administration or similar roles.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Excellent Spoken English ( Mandatory)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools (Zoho People experience preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in ATS</li><li>Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.</li><li>Strong ownership and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.</li><li>Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable with following:</li></ul>Shift: Night (7:00 pm-4:00 am) Job-Mode: On-siteLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
