Position: People Operations Specialist ( Male Only)
Department: HR & Admin
Location: Multan - On-site
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Position Overview:

The People Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting core Human Resource functions, managing administrative operations, and serving as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls on the company’s Direct Line. This role requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional capable of maintaining smooth internal coordination and ensuring a positive experience for employees and external stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources ( 70%)

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires , back reference checks, and offboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system (e.g., Zoho People).
  • Assist in performance management activities, employee evaluations, and appraisal tracking.
  • Facilitate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR communications.
  • Handle employee queries regarding attendance, leaves, policies, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal procedures.

Administration (20%)

  • Oversee daily office operations including maintenance, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage documentation, filing, and correspondence related to administrative matters.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and internal functions.
  • Support travel, accommodation, and facility management tasks when required.
  • Monitor office assets, inventory, and service contracts.

Customer Communication (10%)

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls on the company’s main line.
  • Professionally handle inquiries, route calls to the appropriate departments, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain a log of all customer interactions and share relevant information with respective teams.
  • Provide courteous and efficient communication to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration or similar roles.

Skills:

  • Excellent Spoken English ( Mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools (Zoho People experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in ATS
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
