Job descriptionSUMMARYThe Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing marketing programs that build awareness and our brand and introduce our products and services to new customers as well as supporting our sales team with a wide variety of sales and marketing activitiesEDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONSPossess skills in the following areas:o Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing or Business (preferred)o Excellent organizational and customer service skillso Exceptional time management, interpersonal and communication skillso Efficient in Microsoft Officeo Good research, data analysis, and data management skills is a pluso Knowledge of the industrial services and/or valve industry is a plusRESPONSIBILITIESGeneral Marketing Administrativeo Business cards, sales brochures, logos/brand control, promo items, sponsorships, golf tournaments, trade shows, projects, miscellaneous admin supportSales Supporto Brochures, presentation, contact follow up, sponsorships, relationship building, contact management, reports (bookings, sales, products)Operations Sales Supporto Quote monitoring, reports (open orders and production/due dates), expediting coordination and team communicationsBrand &amp; Prospect Campaigningo Research, segmentation, outreach, follow up, introductions - repeato Research and segment new customer prospects, review with sales management, prioritize prospects and initiate marketing introductionso Actively market to new customers, introduce our value proposition and services, and initiate follow-through activitieso Actively market to new customers and obtain vendor approvals by distributing our sales collateral and completing request for qualifications (RFQs)o Maintain brand awareness by actively marketing to existing customer by distributing items of interesto Market and sell our services to &ldquo;stale&rdquo; customers where we are approved but have not seen recent businesso Assist sales management with monthly account manager sales results and analyze sales trends by customer and productso Interface with operations and sales team to ensure quotes are completed on timeo Run Open Order reports and assist sales team with monitoring orders, progress, and delivery dateso Report marketing lead activity and advancement through the sales pipelineo Coordinate trade shows, customer, and industry sponsorships and events &ndash; registrations, planning, and executiono Manage and track the marketing budget and report to sales managemento Manage company master contact database &ndash; track new additions, cleanse duplicates, updates changes, and assist account managers with data quality and updateso Review, manage, and update website content and assist with website enhancements and developmento Conduct monthly customer service surveys, seek customer feedback, manage and disseminate feedbacko Coordinate company sales collateral, assist account managers with presentations and collateral needso Create involvement and participate in community organizations, Chamber of Commerce, trade organizationsJob Type: Full-timePay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
