This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in medical billing, especially within behavioral health or healthcare settings.If you enjoy behind-the-scenes work that directly supports client care and organizational growth, we&rsquo;d love to connect with you.What&rsquo;s In It for You:<ul><li>Fully remote flexibility</li><li>Part-time schedule with work-life balance in mind</li><li>Opportunity for growth into a larger role over time</li><li>Collaborative, supportive team culture</li><li>Meaningful work that supports access to mental healthcare</li><li>The ability to contribute your expertise while working independently</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, referrals, and pre-authorizations</li><li>Assist with reviewing, correcting, and re-submitting denied or rejected claims</li><li>Accurately post insurance and patient payments into the EHR system</li><li>Generate and review billing reports to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy</li><li>Send patient invoices and assist with outstanding balance follow-up</li><li>Respond to billing-related questions from clients and team members professionally and efficiently</li><li>Assist with insurance credentialing follow-up, provider directory updates, and recredentialing support</li><li>Help maintain organized, accurate, and compliant billing processes</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Previous experience in medical billing required (behavioral health experience strongly preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of insurance verification, EOB posting, claims management, and billing workflows</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team-focused environment</li><li>Passion for supporting mental healthcare services and client experiences</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>Part-time contract position</li><li>Up to 20 hours per week</li><li>Fully remote</li><li>Flexible scheduling within business needs</li><li>Opportunity for role expansion as the organization continues to grow</li></ul>Why GHCS?At GHCS, we&rsquo;re more than a mental health practice&mdash;we&rsquo;re a community.
