Position Summary</b></h2><div>
The Middle School Teacher will serve as a key member of our founding instructional team, shaping the culture and academic excellence of our new K&ndash;12 program. This educator will plan, organize, and implement a comprehensive instructional program that encourages students to reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. The teacher will integrate core subjects with real-world application and character-based learning principles.</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2><div><ul><li>
Design and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction across core academic subjects.</li><li>
Develop lesson plans that incorporate differentiated instruction for diverse learning needs.</li><li>
Assess student progress using formative and summative methods and communicate results to families and administrators.</li><li>
Maintain an orderly, safe, and nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning.</li><li>
Integrate faith-based values, social-emotional learning, and character development into daily lessons.</li><li>
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum, projects, and school-wide initiatives.</li><li>
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.</li><li>
Use technology to enhance instruction, communication, and classroom management.</li></ul></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education or related field (required).</li><li>
Florida Teacher Certification (preferred or in progress).</li><li>
Minimum of 1&ndash;2 years of teaching experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.</li><li>
Commitment to fostering academic excellence and moral development in students.</li></ul></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Work Schedule</b></h2><div><ul><li>
Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 3:30 PM<br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (required).</li><li>

Strong classroom management and communication skills.</li><li>
