We are a new faith-based K–12 private school located in Ocoee, Florida, launching classes in Summer 2026. The Kindergarten Teacher will play a vital role in establishing the foundation for our inaugural academic year. This educator will create a warm, engaging, and structured classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and foundational academic skills. The teacher will design and implement lessons aligned with early learning standards while integrating character and faith-based development throughout instruction.

Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.

Establish clear classroom routines that promote respect, responsibility, and independence.

Assess student performance and communicate progress to parents and administrators.

Integrate faith-based principles and positive character development into daily instruction.

Collaborate with colleagues to shape and support the school’s founding culture and programs.

Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and student records.

Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.

Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (required).

Florida Teacher Certification (preferred or in progress).

Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching early childhood or primary grades.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Passion for working with young children and contributing to a faith-based learning community.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Additional hours may be required for classroom setup, planning, and events prior to the school’s opening.

Hourly Rate: $21–$22 per hour
