Job Description and Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Contracts Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply, procurement, and sales contracts both national and international contracts.</li>
<li>Maintain an accurate Management Information System (MIS) for all contracts.</li>
<li>Store and manage all hard and soft copies of executed agreements, including scanning physical documents.</li>
<li>Send out reminder notices to relevant departments one month before a contract expires.</li>
<li>Factory &amp; Legal Compliances: Visit factories to oversee compliance-related tasks.</li>
<li>Monitor and update the factory compliances checklist (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).</li>
<li>Stay informed about the latest developments in factory compliances and legal metrology laws.</li>
<li>Legal Documentation &amp; Reporting: Draft, vet, and finalize legal documents like notices and replies to notices, even if they aren't contract-related.</li>
<li>Provide a detailed work report on a weekly basis.</li>
<li>Ad-Hoc Legal Support: Handle any miscellaneous legal work and take on additional responsibilities as assigned beyond contract management.</li>
<li>Travel pan-India as required for any legal work and should not be limited to the assigned profile.</li>
</ul>Minimum Qualification:
<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent.</li>
</ul>Experience Required:
<ul><li>5+ years of proven experience post completion of law.</li>
</ul>Behavioural Attributes Required:
<ul><li>Personal Attributes: Highly meticulous, with an acute attention to detail. Must be proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Mobility: Must be willing to travel as per business needs.</li>
