Job Description and Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily transport and freight operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and internal teams for smooth shipment handling.
• Monitor and track shipments, resolving delays or issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of transport activities, costs, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support cost optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives in logistics operations.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Required:

• 2–3 years of experience in transport or freight management.

Behavioural Attributes Required:

• Knowledge of logistics operations, shipping documentation, and transport regulations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic logistics software.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
