Working Hours: 10 Hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and supervise a team of approximate 20 staff members.
• Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Coordinate schedules, shift planning, and resource allocation to meet business goals.
• Report directly to senior management with updates, performance metrics, and operational issues.
• Monitor KPIs and suggest process improvements for higher efficiency.
• Train and support staff to maintain high standards and resolve operational issues.
• Use computers and dispatch software for tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies or software tools used in operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Handle emergency or escalated issues during shift hours effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations management.
• Proven team leadership and staff management experience.
• Strong Computer and English communication skills.
