Facility Manager

Flaviant Network P Ltd is an organization that provides residential solution to aspirants of IAS exam aspirants. We are committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-managed residential campus for our students and staff. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our campus facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction, maintenance and operations of the residential campus, including buildings, utilities, landscaping, and common areas.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with all statutory regulations, fire safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage and coordinate vendors and contractors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other services.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Maintain asset inventories, office supplies, and equipment across the campus.
• Implement and supervise preventive maintenance schedules for all facilities.
• Lead and manage campus staff, ensuring effective task execution and team productivity.
• Coordinate with internal departments for space allocation, special projects, and facility improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Facility Manager, preferably in a residential or large campus setup.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budgeting.
• Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to reside on campus and respond promptly to operational requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
