Core Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance- Managing the maintenance and repairs of thermo fluid boilers, Batch fryer, Continuous Fryers, Roasters, Dryers, Blenders, Dough kneaders, Dough mixers, Extruders, Packaging machines, Compressors and etc.,

Facility Management- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the entire facility, including buildings, electrical systems, plumbing, and other infrastructure.

Preventive Maintenance- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, reduce repair costs, and extend the lifespan of equipment.

Breakdown Maintenance- Managing the immediate response to equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs to restore operations as quickly as possible.

Budget Management- Creating and managing the maintenance budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all maintenance activities.

Safety Compliance- Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations, food safety standards (GMPs), and company policies.

Team Management- Leading, training, and supervising a team of maintenance technicians and other personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Record Keeping- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory levels.

Inventory Management- Managing spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical components, and minimizing downtime due to parts shortages.

Continuous Improvement- Identifying opportunities to improve maintenance processes, equipment performance, and overall operational efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
