Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Elementary School Student Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in teaching, curriculum development, and classroom management within a dynamic school setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons across core subjects such as literacy, math, science, and social studies, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.</li><li>Support students&rsquo; individual learning needs through tutoring, mentoring, and tailored instructional strategies.</li><li>Implement classroom management techniques to promote a respectful, inclusive, and productive learning environment.</li><li>Contribute to lesson planning by preparing educational materials and integrating learning technology tools to enhance student engagement.</li><li>Support special education initiatives by working with students with autism or other learning differences, following individualized education plans (IEPs).</li><li>Help maintain accurate records of student progress and assist in preparing assessments for standardized testing.</li><li>Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff through clear communication and collaborative teamwork.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior classroom experience working with children in early childhood or elementary settings is highly preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies is advantageous.</li><li>Experience with curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, and behavior management techniques is desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with teaching physical education, library services, or Montessori methods will be considered a plus.</li><li>Strong writing and proofreading skills are essential for creating instructional materials and communicating effectively with stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with autism or special needs in a classroom environment is beneficial.</li><li>Previous private school experience or involvement in education administration can enhance your application.
