Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team! This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your office management skills in a professional environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly, answer the phone, and direct calls with professional phone etiquette</li><li>Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming correspondence and inquiries</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading</li><li>Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities using basic bookkeeping tasks</li><li>Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions promptly and courteously</li><li>Assist with office management duties including organizing files, maintaining office equipment, and supporting team members as a personal assistant when needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office experience or clerical experience with strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients effectively</li><li>Strong typing skills with high accuracy; attention to detail for proofreading documents</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally</li><li>Personal assistant experience or office management background is beneficial</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing outstanding support and service!
