Job Details:- Education Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE)- Specialization: Mechanical/ Electrical- Years of Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Extrusion or Plastic Manufacturing Processes- Experience in sheet extrusion processes is an advantage- Budgeted CTC: As per Market Standards- Location: Chakan, PuneJob Description:Technical Competences:- Plant &amp; Equipment Maintenance- Preventive, Predictive &amp; Breakdown Maintenance- Utilities Maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic systems)- Root Cause Analysis, MTBF, MTTR analysis- Spare Parts &amp; Inventory Management- SAP/ERP Basic Awareness- Maintenance MIS &amp; DocumentationBehavioural Competences:- Strong leadership and team management- Problem-solving and analytical mindset- High ownership and accountability- Effective communication and coordination- Ability to manage emergencies- Continuous improvement and cost-conscious approach- Planning and prioritization skillsKey Responsibilities:1. Plan and execute maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, corrective, breakdown)2. Ensure high PM compliance and equipment uptime3. Analyse equipment failures and implement corrective actions4. Improve MTBF and reduce MTTR5. Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and checklists6. Manage spares and inventory (min-max levels)7. Lead and develop maintenance team8. Monitor utilities (power, water) and implement cost-saving initiatives9. Ensure safety and statutory compliance10. Manage AMCs and coordinate with vendors11. Maintain records, MIS reports, and performance metrics12.
