Assistant Manager/Manager Maintenance

Job Details:

- Education Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

- Specialization: Mechanical/ Electrical

- Years of Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Extrusion or Plastic Manufacturing Processes

- Experience in sheet extrusion processes is an advantage

- Budgeted CTC: As per Market Standards

- Location: Chakan, Pune

Job Description:

Technical Competences:

- Plant & Equipment Maintenance

- Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance

- Utilities Maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic systems)

- Root Cause Analysis, MTBF, MTTR analysis

- Spare Parts & Inventory Management

- SAP/ERP Basic Awareness

- Maintenance MIS & Documentation

- Effective communication and coordination

- Ability to manage emergencies

- Continuous improvement and cost-conscious approach

- Planning and prioritization skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, corrective, breakdown)

2. Ensure high PM compliance and equipment uptime

3. Analyse equipment failures and implement corrective actions

4. Improve MTBF and reduce MTTR

5. Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and checklists

6. Manage spares and inventory (min-max levels)

7. Lead and develop maintenance team

8. Monitor utilities (power, water) and implement cost-saving initiatives

9. Ensure safety and statutory compliance

10. Manage AMCs and coordinate with vendors

11. Maintain records, MIS reports, and performance metrics

12. Drive 5S and continuous improvement initiatives

Pay: ₹14,436.61 - ₹53,731.74 per month
