This part-time position will support a hospital location in Elizabethtown, KY, ensuring safe and compliant management of sharps containers and medical waste.Position Details<ul><li>Schedule: hospital-based - Multiple Sites</li><li>Pay: $18.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Collect, transport, and replace sharps containers within designated hospital areas.</li><li>Maintain strict compliance with infection prevention, OSHA, DOT, and EPA safety protocols.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to hospital staff and leadership.</li><li>Complete service documentation accurately and on time.</li><li>Support Greenway&rsquo;s mission of environmental stewardship through our reusable container program.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Must complete a background and health screening prior to onboarding.</li><li>Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.</li><li>Professional demeanor and customer-service skills in a healthcare environment.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk throughout large hospital campuses.</li><li>10,000(+) steps per day on average</li></ul>Why Join Greenway?At Greenway Innovations, we&rsquo;re building a more sustainable healthcare future by helping hospitals reduce waste, save money, and protect the environment.
