We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient and accurate revenue cycle operations.Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic &amp; Pain Management Medical Biller with strong knowledge of spine and DME billing. This role is responsible for end-to-end billing functions, including claim submission, prior authorizations, denial management, and payment posting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Submit and manage insurance claims for orthopedic, pain management, and spine services</li><li>Handle DME billing (braces, orthotics, bone growth stimulators, etc.)</li><li>Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage requirements</li><li>Obtain and manage prior authorizations</li><li>Review coding accuracy (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)</li><li>Follow up on denied, rejected, or unpaid claims</li><li>Post payments and reconcile accounts receivable</li><li>Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and providers</li><li>Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines</li><li>Assist with appeals and denial resolution</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of medical billing experience (orthopedics and/or pain management required)</li><li>Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding</li><li>Experience with DME billing and prior authorizations</li><li>Familiarity with spine procedures preferred</li><li>Experience with EHR/Practice Management systems</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>CPC, CPB, or similar certification</li><li>Experience with appeals and denial management</li><li>Knowledge of Medicare and commercial payer policies</li></ul>Why Join Grewal Spine?<ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Growth opportunities in a specialized practice</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment</li><li>Exposure to orthopedic, pain, spine, and DME workflows</li></ul>Pay: $25.27 - $30.43 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
