Responsibilities: <ul><li> Operate a bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations </li><li> Follow designated routes and schedules, making necessary adjustments when required </li><li> Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by providing assistance when needed and maintaining a clean bus </li><li> Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition </li><li> Maintain a clean and orderly bus, including regular cleaning of the interior and exterior </li><li> Report any maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate authorities </li><li> Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing their personal belongings </li><li> Follow emergency procedures and respond to incidents in accordance with company protocols </li><li> Keep records of miles driven, fuel usage, and other required documentation </li><li> Stay updated on company policies and safety procedures </li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li> Fully Licensed with Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) </li><li> Possesses Passenger 16+ endorsement and no air brake restriction </li><li> 22 years of age or older </li><li> Able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen </li><li> Full-time employment consideration only </li><li> Ability to work varied schedule based on regional driver needs </li></ul> Benefits <ul><li> Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans </li><li> 401K with company-matched contributions </li><li> Life Insurance </li><li> Paid Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Days </li><li> Free Travel Passes </li><li> Annual Uniform Allowance </li><li> Driver Union membership & representation </li><li> Career Advancement Opportunities </li></ul> Compensation Range: USD $26.28 - USD $31.28 /Hr.
