We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the efficient and smooth operation of our properties.Job Summary:To lead and manage all aspects of facility management operations across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties managed by GMI. This includes vendor management, compliance and customer satisfaction, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic &amp; Operational Leadership<ul><li>Develop and implement facility management strategies aligned with business goals.</li><li>Lead a team of engineers and support staff across various sites.</li><li>Ensure seamless facility operations including maintenance, MEP services, housekeeping, security and landscaping.</li></ul>2. Vendor &amp; Contract Management<ul><li>Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and service providers for FM services.</li><li>Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of service partners.</li></ul>3. Budgeting &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Prepare and manage the annual FM budget.</li><li>Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising service quality.</li><li>Analyze operational expenditures and implement corrective measures.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure compliance with statutory and legal obligations related to building safety, fire, environment and labor laws.</li><li>Oversee HSE (Health, Safety &amp; Environment) initiatives and ensure risk assessments are carried out.</li></ul>5. Customer Experience &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues from tenants, residents or clients.</li><li>Implement and monitor systems for complaint resolution and satisfaction tracking.</li><li>Collaborate with property management, leasing and construction teams.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Facilities Management / Business Administration (MBA preferred)</li><li>5+ years of experience in facility management (preferably in real estate, property or infrastructure sectors)</li><li>Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance protocols, and statutory compliances</li><li>Proven experience in managing large residential and commercial assets</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Facility management: 5 years (Required)</li><li>real estate: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Facility Opeartions management: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
