Company Overview:

GMI Infra is a leading real estate company dedicated to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the efficient and smooth operation of our properties.

Job Summary:

To lead and manage all aspects of facility management operations across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties managed by GMI. This includes vendor management, compliance and customer satisfaction, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Develop and implement facility management strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead a team of engineers and support staff across various sites.
  • Ensure seamless facility operations including maintenance, MEP services, housekeeping, security and landscaping.

2. Vendor & Contract Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and service providers for FM services.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of service partners.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare and manage the annual FM budget.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising service quality.
  • Analyze operational expenditures and implement corrective measures.

4. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and legal obligations related to building safety, fire, environment and labor laws.
  • Oversee HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) initiatives and ensure risk assessments are carried out.

5. Customer Experience & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues from tenants, residents or clients.
  • Implement and monitor systems for complaint resolution and satisfaction tracking.
  • Collaborate with property management, leasing and construction teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management / Business Administration (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in facility management (preferably in real estate, property or infrastructure sectors)
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance protocols, and statutory compliances
  • Proven experience in managing large residential and commercial assets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
