<div>We are seeking a strong Senior Java Developer with good technical expertise, to be responsible for the backend development distributed platform for one of the largest world-leading retailers. You will be working as a key member of this collaborative team with a group of experts recognized around the world. This is an excellent opportunity to play a role as a key contributor in creating the next generation of network-centric distributed and scalable architectures. We work with bleeding-edge technologies, including J2EE, building microservices, variety of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google cloud platform etc., OO Programming, using Agile Development Methodology and much more. 
Responsibilities<ul><li> 
Design and implement feature improvements to back-end software systems that are used by Rich Communications Services (RCS) and Google Messages.</li><li>
Review Product Requirements Documents (PRD) defining desired system changes, and independently produce software designs, database schema changes, and implementation schedules meeting the requirements in the PRDs.</li><li>
Write software changes and tests in Java meeting professional and Google standards that implement the specified changes.</li><li>
Write software changes and tests in Go meeting professional and Google standards that implement the specified changes.</li></ul> 
Requirements<ul><li> 
5 years professional experience in a full-time software engineering role.</li><li>
3 years professional experience in a full-time software engineering role working on services that run in a large-scale cloud environment (e.g. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, or Google's private cloud system).</li><li>
Professional experience in a full-time software engineering role that includes writing or modifying any kind of database schema (e.g. MySQL or Google Spanner)</li><li>
3 years professional experience using the Java programming language as well as Go</li><li>
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related major.</li></ul> 
Nice to have<ul><li> 
Knowledge of Google's internal software development tools and frameworks (e.g. Piper, TAP, Boq)</li><li>
Prior experience working with Google internal back-ends</li><li>
Hands on experience with synthetic calls, RPC calls, server to server comms, reliability/scalability</li><li>
Ability to create clear and engaging developer documentation (tutorials, samples, or videos).</li><li>
Experience with Gemini function calling, Vertex AI Studio, and prompt engineering.</li><li>
Familiarity with rich messaging APIs (RBM, WhatsApp Business, Apple Business Messages, etc.).</li></ul>

Senior Java Engineer ( with Go experience)

<div>We need a skilled Python Developer to help us solve challenging problems that affect our entire organization. You&rsquo;ll build release frameworks, tools, infrastructure, and work to improve test and release processes. Responsibilities<ul><li> 
Work on internal tools, frameworks, and infrastructure: develop new features, fix known bugs</li><li>

Requirements<ul><li> 
Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) &mdash; e.g. Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, App Engine, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Dialogflow CX/ES, webhooks, and Gemini (Vertex AI) integration for conversational experiences.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Node.js/TypeScript and/or Python, RESTful APIs, OAuth2, and JSON-based webhooks.</li><li>
Ability to create clear and engaging developer documentation (tutorials, samples, or videos).</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or a related field</li></ul> 
Nice to have

<li>Prior experience working with Google, familiarity with internal Google infrastructure.</li>
<li>Experience with Gemini function calling, Vertex AI Studio, and prompt engineering.</li>
