We are seeking a passionate and talented Architect / Interior Designer with 1+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, and Coohom. As part of our team, you will work on a variety of exciting projects, collaborating with clients and other design professionals to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing spaces.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design &amp; Concept Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into detailed design concepts for both architecture and interior spaces.</li><li>2D Drafting &amp; Documentation: Use AutoCAD to create accurate, clear, and comprehensive architectural drawings for both concept and construction phases.</li><li>3D Modeling: Create realistic and detailed 3D models using SketchUp to visualize design proposals.</li><li>Rendering &amp; Visualization: Produce high-quality renderings and animations using Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, and Coohom to present design ideas effectively.</li><li>Collaborative Projects: Work closely with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are executed to the highest standards.</li><li>Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver design presentations, including 3D visualizations and design mock-ups.</li><li>Project Management: Assist in the management of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.</li></ul>Research &amp; Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to your work.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>AutoCAD: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
