Architect / Interior Designer

We are seeking a passionate and talented Architect / Interior Designer with 1+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, and Coohom. As part of our team, you will work on a variety of exciting projects, collaborating with clients and other design professionals to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Concept Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into detailed design concepts for both architecture and interior spaces.
• 2D Drafting & Documentation: Use AutoCAD to create accurate, clear, and comprehensive architectural drawings for both concept and construction phases.
• 3D Modeling: Create realistic and detailed 3D models using SketchUp to visualize design proposals.
• Rendering & Visualization: Produce high-quality renderings and animations using Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, and Coohom to present design ideas effectively.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are executed to the highest standards.
• Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver design presentations, including 3D visualizations and design mock-ups.
• Project Management: Assist in the management of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
