This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse residential and commercial projects, bringing your expertise to life with every installation.Duties<ul><li>Measure, cut, and install wood siding according to project specifications and blueprints</li><li>Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and framing to ensure optimal siding adhesion</li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently to complete installations</li><li>Read schematics and blueprints to accurately follow design plans and technical drawings</li><li>Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment to facilitate smooth workflow on-site</li><li>Apply caulking, trim carpentry, and finishing techniques to achieve a polished look</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed and project deadlines are met</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or remodeling with a focus on siding installation</li><li>Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation</li><li>Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, roofing, stucco, masonry, welding, tile laying, and metal stud framing is highly desirable</li><li>Knowledge of restoration techniques and framing carpentry enhances versatility on diverse projects</li><li>Prior work on construction sites involving heavy lifting, scaffolding, or roofing is a plus</li><li>Strong understanding of building codes, schematics, and technical drawings related to exterior finishing projects</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced construction environments</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a visible difference!
