We need someone who can juggle moving parts, think fast, solve problems, communicate clearly, and stay calm when the wheels are turning fast &mdash; literally.If you thrive in logistics, love organization, and know how to keep operations tight, we want to talk to you.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Coordinate daily freight movement and driver schedules</li><li>Communicate with drivers, customers, brokers, and internal team members</li><li>Assign loads and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries</li><li>Track shipments and proactively handle delays or service issues</li><li>Maintain accurate dispatch records, load details, and communication logs</li><li>Help drivers with routing, paperwork, and load information</li><li>Work closely with billing, safety, and operations to keep everything flowing</li><li>Solve problems quickly and professionally when plans change</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Logistics, trucking, dispatch, or transportation experience preferred</li><li>Confidence making decisions and handling pressure</li><li>Strong computer skills and ability to learn dispatch/load systems</li><li>Attention to detail and follow-through</li><li>Professional attitude with a team-first mindset</li><li>Someone who can be firm, helpful, and dependable all at once</li></ul>Bonus Points If You Have<ul><li>Experience in trucking or freight brokerage</li><li>Knowledge of routes, driver coordination, or load scheduling</li><li>Experience working with owner-operators or fleet drivers</li><li>Understanding of transportation paperwork and deadlines</li></ul>Why Griffin Truck LinesAt Griffin Truck Lines, we believe operations matter.
