Responsibilities&middot; Provide field leadership for crews on new and/or renovation concrete construction projects. Active engagement in the field.&middot; Champion safety through use of best practices and knowledge of OSHA safety standards.&middot; Plan and direct daily activities for site preparation, form setting, concrete placement and finishing, saw cutting, and final clean-up to meet specifications.&middot; Coordinate with project management, other trades, and customers to maintain schedule, quality, and service expectations.&middot; Apply technical expertise and problem-solving to resolve field issues and deliver successful project outcomes on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Requirements&middot; 7&ndash;10+ years of commercial concrete finishing experience.&middot; Proven experience leading field crews.&middot; Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.&middot; Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a good driving record.Work Environment&middot; Work is performed on active construction sites and in an office setting, depending on project needs.&middot; Projects may include indoor and outdoor work with exposure to loud noise, enclosed spaces, work at heights, and seasonal temperatures.Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Describe a commercial concrete project that you are most proud of?</li><li>What is your biggest challenge in leading your team(s) for results?</li><li>What is the biggest opportunity for commercial concrete construction in MI?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
