In this energetic role, you will be the guardian of our outdoor environment, ensuring that every garden, lawn, and landscape element is pristine, inviting, and perfectly suited for unforgettable celebrations. Your passion for horticulture and landscaping will help create a stunning backdrop for couples&rsquo; special moments, inspiring joy and admiration among all who visit.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform regular landscape maintenance to keep gardens, lawns, and pathways immaculate and welcoming.</li><li>Use hand tools and power tools to trim, prune, mow, edge, and shape plantings with precision and care.</li><li>Implement irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules that promote healthy growth.</li><li>Conduct routine lawn care tasks such as fertilizing, aerating, seeding, and weed control to maintain lush greenery.</li><li>Maintain all landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean, functional, and safe to use.</li><li>Assist with seasonal planting, mulching, and flower bed arrangements to enhance visual appeal.</li><li>Monitor the health of plants and trees; identify pests or diseases early and take appropriate action in collaboration with horticulture specialists.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape maintenance techniques, and gardening best practices.</li><li>Experience with lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.</li><li>Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols.</li><li>Familiarity with horticulture principles to support healthy plant growth and landscape design.</li><li>Skilled in using hand tools for detailed gardening tasks including pruning, planting, and soil preparation.</li><li>Excellent maintenance skills to keep outdoor spaces tidy and well-kept year-round.</li><li>Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; attention to detail is essential.
