Responsibilities

• Perform regular landscape maintenance to keep gardens, lawns, and pathways immaculate and welcoming.
• Use hand tools and power tools to trim, prune, mow, edge, and shape plantings with precision and care.
• Implement irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules that promote healthy growth.
• Conduct routine lawn care tasks such as fertilizing, aerating, seeding, and weed control to maintain lush greenery.
• Maintain all landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean, functional, and safe to use.
• Assist with seasonal planting, mulching, and flower bed arrangements to enhance visual appeal.
• Monitor the health of plants and trees; identify pests or diseases early and take appropriate action in collaboration with horticulture specialists.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape maintenance techniques, and gardening best practices.
• Experience with lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
• Familiarity with horticulture principles to support healthy plant growth and landscape design.
• Skilled in using hand tools for detailed gardening tasks including pruning, planting, and soil preparation.
• Excellent maintenance skills to keep outdoor spaces tidy and well-kept year-round.
