Our mission is to build scalable digital growth engines for ambitious brands.We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead who can lead strategy, manage teams, and deliver measurable performance across multiple digital channels.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage the digital marketing team (SEO, PPC, social media, content &amp; design)</li><li>Plan and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with client and business goals</li><li>Oversee SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media campaigns, and content marketing</li><li>Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards</li><li>Coordinate with clients, understand requirements, and present performance reports</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of projects with high-quality standards</li><li>Guide, mentor, and upskill team members</li><li>Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing</li><li>Proven experience in team handling and campaign leadership</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and performance marketing</li><li>Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics tools</li><li>Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions</li><li>Excellent communication and client management skills</li><li>Strong planning, leadership, and problem-solving abilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
