We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead who can lead strategy, manage teams, and deliver measurable performance across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team (SEO, PPC, social media, content & design)
• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with client and business goals
• Oversee SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media campaigns, and content marketing
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards
• Coordinate with clients, understand requirements, and present performance reports
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high-quality standards
• Guide, mentor, and upskill team members
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience in team handling and campaign leadership
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and performance marketing
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics tools
• Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong planning, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
