Operations ExecutiveMangalore, Karnataka Full-Time | On-siteJob SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily operational workflows and ensure smooth coordination between delivery partners, merchants, and internal teams in Mangalore.This is a field-oriented role that requires regular coordination and site visits.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Field Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for Delivery Agents and Merchants to ensure timely and efficient service.</li><li>Workflow Oversight: Monitor day-to-day operations and dashboards to track performance and real-time progress.</li><li>Issue Resolution: Identify operational delays or bottlenecks and take immediate corrective action.</li><li>Reporting: Maintain accurate records and share performance updates with management.</li><li>Team Support: Assist delivery partners and staff with system, process, or task-related troubleshooting.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure all merchant and delivery operations follow company policies and guidelines.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle field operations</li><li>Basic knowledge of Excel and dashboard monitoring</li><li>Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Mangalore</li><li>Prior experience in operations/logistics is an added advantage</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
