Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily operational workflows and ensure smooth coordination between delivery partners, merchants, and internal teams in Mangalore.

This is a field-oriented role that requires regular coordination and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for Delivery Agents and Merchants to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Workflow Oversight: Monitor day-to-day operations and dashboards to track performance and real-time progress.
• Issue Resolution: Identify operational delays or bottlenecks and take immediate corrective action.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records and share performance updates with management.
• Team Support: Assist delivery partners and staff with system, process, or task-related troubleshooting.
• Compliance: Ensure all merchant and delivery operations follow company policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and handle field operations
• Basic knowledge of Excel and dashboard monitoring
• Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Mangalore
• Prior experience in operations/logistics is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
