Now we&rsquo;re building out our media machine to match the results we create.Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re hiring a hands-on videographer/editor to own video content capture and production for our founder and brand. You&rsquo;ll be in the room, on the camera, and in the edit &ndash; turning our real work with companies into YouTube long-form and short-form content that attracts serious business owners.This is part-time to start, with the goal of moving to full-time as we scale output and results.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Film the founder regularly in-person (education, rants, breakdowns, behind-the-scenes, client work).</li><li>Capture long-form content primarily for YouTube, plus vertical content for Instagram Reels/Shorts.</li><li>Edit raw footage into:</li><li>1&ndash;2 polished YouTube videos per week</li><li>Multiple short clips per long-form video (Reels/Shorts)</li><li>Create simple, clean titles and thumbnails that grab attention.</li><li>Organize and manage our content library for easy reuse and repurposing.</li><li>Post content to YouTube and Instagram with proper descriptions, tags, and scheduling.</li><li>Track basic performance (views, retention, CTR at a simple level) and bring ideas to improve.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>You live in or near Lexington, KY and can reliably be in-person.</li><li>You have real social media experience:</li><li>Ideally you&rsquo;ve grown your own page/account or a client&rsquo;s, and can show examples.</li><li>Strong shooting skills: framing, lighting basics, audio, making a talking head not look boring.</li><li>Strong editing skills for both long-form and short-form content.</li><li>Comfortable working with existing gear (we provide cameras, lenses, mics, lights).</li><li>You understand business/entrepreneurship content or are eager to learn it fast.</li><li>You care about speed and iteration &ndash; good today beats perfect never.</li></ul>Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Experience with YouTube channels, podcasts, or educational/business creators.</li><li>Basic graphic design for thumbnails and simple lower thirds.</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Growth<ul><li>Part-time, standard business hours (flexible within reason).</li><li>Mostly local, minimal travel to start.</li><li>Clear path to full-time as we ramp content and see ROI.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive part-time compensation based on experience, with room to grow as the role expands.</li></ul>How to Apply include with your application:<ul><li>Subject line: &ldquo;Videographer &ndash; Lexington&rdquo;</li><li>Your portfolio (YouTube, IG, TikTok, or website).</li><li>3&ndash;5 links to videos you shot/edited that you&rsquo;re proud of.</li><li>2&ndash;3 sentences on how you&rsquo;ve grown attention for yourself or someone else with video.</li></ul>We&rsquo;re looking for someone who wants to build something big to millions of followers, not just collect freelance checks.Pay: $25.58 - $31.81 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Add a link to your portfolio with videos that you have created and are proud of. </li><li>Write 2&ndash;3 sentences on how you&rsquo;ve grown attention for yourself or someone else with video.</li><li>(Optional) Link to a loom video recording of why you are a good fit for the job.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
