This role works directly with the business owner and is responsible for managing existing client accounts and developing new business in the greater Baltimore area.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day relationships with existing customers</li><li>Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within current accounts</li><li>Prospect and develop new business leads through outreach and networking</li><li>Assist with proposals, presentations, and client solution design</li><li>Support general business operations as needed &mdash; this is a small business environment and a willingness to wear multiple hats is expected and valued</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a customer-facing business role</li><li>Familiarity with cloud communications, VoIP, or IT services is a plus but not required</li><li>Strong communication and follow-up skills</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline independently</li><li>Must be local to the Baltimore, MD area</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive base salary plus commission</li><li>Direct access to ownership and leadership</li><li>Opportunity for growth within a expanding company</li><li>Flexible work environment</li></ul>Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Bel Air, MD 21015
