Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop a broad skill set in administrative support while creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients alike.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously</li><li>Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading for accuracy</li><li>Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software</li><li>Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and inventory management of office supplies</li><li>Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions or concerns efficiently and courteously</li><li>Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations</li><li>Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing busy reception areas with professionalism and tact</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred; experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual ability is advantageous</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including typing speed, data entry accuracy, proofreading, and familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office</li><li>Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing exemplary customer service</li><li>Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, record keeping, calendar management, and time management techniques</li><li>Previous personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for specific industry needs</li></ul>Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while supporting efficient office operations.
