Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading for accuracy
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and inventory management of office supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions or concerns efficiently and courteously
  • Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing busy reception areas with professionalism and tact

Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred; experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual ability is advantageous
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including typing speed, data entry accuracy, proofreading, and familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing exemplary customer service
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, record keeping, calendar management, and time management techniques
  • Previous personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for specific industry needs
