(Paid in installments: 25% at 90 days, 25% at 180 days, 50% at 1 year)

Position Overview: 
We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time opportunities in our skilled nursing and rehab facility in Concord, NH 03301. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide quality care in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Location: 
Concord, NH 03301

Shifts Available: 
Flexible 8-hour and 12-hour shifts (Day, Evening, and Night Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deliver direct patient care and oversee day-to-day clinical services.
</li>
<li>Supervise LNAs and ensure compliance with care standards and facility policies.
</li>
<li>Administer medications, IVs, wound care, tube feedings, and other treatments.
</li>
<li>Monitor residents&rsquo; conditions, document accurately, and report changes.
</li>
<li>Support new admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team, families, and providers.
</li>
</ul>Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility).
</li>
<li>Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
</li>
<li>CPR certification required.
</li>
<li>Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
</li>
