Position Overview

As an RN Registered Nurse, you will oversee patient care, administer treatments, and ensure residents’ health and safety. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while working in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

RN Job Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of New Hampshire

• Current CPR certification

• Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all facility policies, as well as state and federal regulations

• Monitor residents’ health, report changes to physicians and families, and maintain accurate documentation

• Administer medications and treatments safely, observing for adverse reactions

• Provide wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, and other clinical interventions as needed

• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure smooth transitions

• Arrange follow-up appointments and necessary transportation

• Update and review resident care plans and participate in care conferences

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize resident outcomes

• Maintain precise medical records while protecting patient confidentiality
