With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, the client is now looking for a highly reliable, data-driven and tech-affine Operations Assistant to support daily operations, task coordination, and more across the team.If you are an entrepreneurial-minded, well-organized professional seeking a long-term career, join the international team as an Operations Assistant and gradually take on increasing responsibilities.Activities: <ul><li>Project Assistance: Support hospitality projects through research, analysis, drafting studies &ndash; such as sub-market analyses, business plans, concept studies, gap asseessments &ndash; with senior guidance, manage tasks and correspond with customers and partners.</li><li>Sales Support: Manage and build our pipeline for our services to Hotel and Project Owners, including identifying prospects, drafting outreach and nurture messages, analyzing relevant industry news and handling follow-ups.</li><li>Meetings: Help the team to attend customer and partner meetings prepared (research, customized presentations, service opportunities), take actionable notes and handle post-meeting tasks.</li><li>Team Support: Align daily with the team on priorities, deadlines, and the status of the pipeline and ongoing projects, ensuring clear communication and timely execution.</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>3+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, project assistance or business development, real estate or backoffice experience in hospitality.</li><li>Academic background in business administration, finance, real estate or tourism preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.</li><li>Data-oriented and tech-affine, with the ability to work with tools, sheets and AI.</li></ul>Conditions:<ul><li>The role offers a base fixed compensation of USD 700 with occasional performance-based bonuses.</li><li>This is a fully remote contractor position with the potential to grow within the company, and gain exposure to established international brands worldwide.</li><li>The client fosters a strong team spirit through game nights, awards, team walks, and other remote team activities.</li><li>You will collaborate closely with senior managers who have experience at leading global brands across hospitality, finance, and professional services.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>In which city and country are you currently based?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in a similar role?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have supporting sales activities such as creating estimates/quotes, generating leads, client follow-ups?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in real estate, hospitality or tourism?</li><li>How would you rate your English skills (1&ndash;10, 10 = native)?</li></ul><ul><li>What are your professional goals for the next 2&ndash;3 years, and what motivates you in your work?</li><li>This position offers a fixed monthly salary of USD 700 with occasional performance-based bonuses.
