(Junior) Development Consultant (80-100%, Remote)Titans RE is a Zurich-based real estate company specializing in advisory and brokerage of hospitality investment opportunities and is entering its next phase of growth. We operate with a structured, data-driven approach, connecting curated hospitality assets with selected investors and operators across Europe and other international markets. To extend our advisory services to new fields and to further strengthen our transaction capabilities, we are looking for a Development Consultant.Activities: <ul><li>Assess and onboard properties, and present them to internal committees by conducting valuation and feasibility analysis for investment cases.</li><li>Support the business development of services through client interactions.</li><li>Produce autonomously investment cases, valuations, market studies, feasibility studies, and business plans in industry quality and within deadlines.</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>3+ years of relevant real estate experience in feasibility, investment, or valuation (DCF)</li><li>Ability to work with limited quantitative data in unknown markets</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Real Estate</li><li>Very good written and presentation skills</li></ul>Conditions:<ul><li>The role offers a fixed monthly compensation and an attractive commission participation</li><li>This is a long-term role with opportunities to learn and grow within Titans RE, an established brand with international clientele.</li><li>We cultivate a strong team spirit with game nights, team walks and other remote-first team-building activities.</li><li>Clear pathway for career growth into senior client-facing and leadership roles.</li><li>You will collaborate closely with senior managers formerly working for UBS, HSBC, Credit Suisse, BMW, and the UN.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have with creating valutions for hotels, investment cases, market studies, and feasibility studies?</li><li>Do you have a bachelor, master or equivalent educational background in real estate or hospitality?</li><li>What would be your most competitive annual base salary (in USD, full-time basis), taking into account the commission structure and bonus potential?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
