The SEO Specialist will enhance online visibility and drive organic growth for our builder partners. This role blends traditional SEO expertise with a flair for content planning and AI-driven content creation. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of content/keyword strategy and innovative AI tools, ensuring that our partners&rsquo; websites rank higher and engage more effectively with their target audiences.SEO Strategy &amp; Implementation<ul><li>Develop and execute SEO/AIO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization to enhance search performance.</li><li>Collaborate with content creators to plan and develop optimized content that aligns with search intent.</li><li>Perform SEO audits and implement solutions for issues, including page speed, crawl errors, and mobile usability.</li><li>Monitor and improve backlink profiles, site architecture, and internal linking structures.</li></ul>Content Planning<ul><li>Leverage AI tools to streamline content ideation, generation, and optimization.</li><li>Guide content workflows, ensuring quality and alignment with general and local best practices for search engines and AI platforms.</li><li>Plan long-term content strategies that balance human creativity with AI efficiency.</li><li>Use data to identify high-value content opportunities and refresh existing content.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to track site performance and organic growth.</li><li>Generate performance reports that highlight traffic, rankings, and content engagement.</li><li>Use insights to refine SEO strategies and make data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.</li></ul>Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Stay on top of evolving SEO trends, AI tools, and search engine algorithm updates.</li><li>Test and implement new SEO techniques and AI technologies to enhance content relevance and visibility.</li><li>Conduct A/B tests for title tags, meta descriptions, and content layouts.</li><li>Lead educational sessions for the internal team on AI tools and SEO innovations.</li></ul>Training &amp; Support<ul><li>Continue to enhance personal skills through certifications and training on SEO and AI tools.</li><li>Share emerging SEO and AI content trends with the broader Digital Team.</li><li>Develop presentations to educate team members across departments on best practices and innovations in SEO.</li><li>Collaborate with Senior SEO team members to strengthen strategic planning and execution skills.</li><li>Ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams, particularly Account Services, to amplify client marketing efforts.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
