<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Business Adminstration, Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>Experience in large-scale projects (railway, metro, or mega projects) is a plus.</li>
<li>Excellent command of English {Reading- Writing and Speaking).</li>
</ul>

<li>Plan and manage all logistics activities for the project (transportation, storage, distribution).</li>
<li>Coordinate with procurement, construction, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.</li>
<li>Manage logistics service providers, suppliers, and subcontractors.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.</li>
<li>Optimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Handle import/export processes and customs clearance when required.</li>
<li>Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues.</li>
<li>Prepare logistics reports and performance analysis.</li>
<li>Develop contingency plans to avoid project delays.</li></ul><br>

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, logistics &amp; supply chain or any relevant field is preferred.</li><li>
Minimum 8 years of experience preferably in construction sector.</li><li>
Strong planning, coordination skills.</li><li>
Ability to perform risk analysis</li><li>
Proven experience in negotiation and contract management</li><li>
Ability to develop high-level strategies and agreements</li><li>
English is required, Frensh is a plus.</li><li>
Integrity and attention to detail.</li><li>
Proactive.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>

Define the appropriate strategies for each categories, in collaboration with Operations Managers</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Update the project bidder list with qualified suppliers, service providers, or subcontractors</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Ensure the necessary documents and information from Opertaions were duly assigned to buyers to prepare RFQs</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Manage a fair and competitive RFQ processes with your team</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Ensure the regular update and communication of the Procurement plans</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Assist and developping the Procurement Team with Corporate Procurement organisation</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Monitor the purchasing budgets for all Procurement activities</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Liaise with Legal team for Contracts compliance</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Liaise with Cost Control &amp; Finance teams for expediting payments</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Participate in supplier audits and factory acceptance tests related to your contracts</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Supervise logistics follow-up (international transit and machinery + spare parts imports) in collaboration with international transport coordinators from Corporate organisation.</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Contribute to the deployment of the Group's Purchasing &amp; CSR Policy</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Ensure the follow-up and updating of purchasing dashboards and performance indicators</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Provide regular and reliable reporting to TSO Egypt management &amp; Projects managers</p></li><p></p><li><p><br>
Provide regular and reliable reporting to Corporate Procurement Direction (NGE-TSO)</p></li></ul><br>
