Our clinic offers high-quality aesthetic procedures and spa services in a luxurious, patient-centered environment.Position OverviewWe&rsquo;re seeking a detail-oriented, professional Administrative Assistant / Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face and organizational hub of our practice. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and excels at multitasking to support both our clinical and administrative workflows.Key Responsibilities- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm, professional first impression- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails efficiently- Data entry: update electronic medical records, complete intake forms, maintain patient charts- Process patient payments and assist with invoicing- Maintain a neat and inviting front-desk and waiting area- Support front and back office administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and inventorymanagementQualifications- Prefer a college graduate with strong academic performance- Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of administrative or front desk experience, ideally in medical, aesthetics, or luxury servicesettings- Computer literate with fast typing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, EMR systems, and modernscheduling platforms- Excellent verbal and written communication, impeccable attention to detail, and strong time-management skills- Friendly, polished, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with HIPAA and professional confidentiality standardsCompensation &amp; Benefits- Hourly rate: $18&ndash;$23/hour, based on credentials and experience- Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am&ndash;5:30 pm- Paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for professional development- Employee discounts on aesthetic and spa servicesWhy Join Grover Aesthetics?- Work in a high-end, supportive clinical environment- Collaborate with a passionate team committed to exceptional patient care- Gain experience in the rapidly growing aesthetics and medspa industryJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Newport Beach, CA 92660 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Newport Beach, CA 92660: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
